Nintendo has ditched the marketing friendly name of their new gaming system “Revolution” for the new branding they call “Wii”. Pronounced “we”, this new system will probably spawn a whole new line of puns.
Wii don’t know what it means but wii assume it is something really cool in Japanese. The new system boasts a healthy 512 MB of internal flash memory. New gyroscopic wireless controllers, two USB2 ports and built-in Wi-Fi.
As mentioned when it was still the “Revolution”, “Wii” will include 20 years of retro titles originally released for N64, SNES, NES and will also carry Sega titles.
