Good Old Games Picks Up Unreal Games

The big Unreal titles are now on gog.com.  Unreal Gold, Unreal II, UT99 and UT2004 are there in full DRM-free glory.  The price is $10 apiece.  Flat-out has also been recently added – going for $6.

we should all get together for a lan party sometime and just pick a network-capable $6 game.

I just checked my Unreal disc. Scratched up, so I can’t install. Got any white toothpaste?

I’ve got multiple copies of all of them kicking around, including FarCry (it wasn’t underrated, it’s just nobody could run it when it came out ;)). Perhaps a LAN party is in order?

If anyone has the unreali.u file, found in the system directory, let me know. That is the only file that won’t copy over. I am talking original Unreal.

Far Cry is on steam for $10

I can host a LAN. Now that gas is almost free, you guys can probably afford to drive out to the boonies. Should probably wait until after Christmas. I like the idea of sticking to free, or near free games.

MPGD is hosting a LAN on Jan 10… They haven’t finalized the games yet, but they have mentioned Supreme Commander, TF2, Far Cry 2, L4D, CoH.
