A friend gave me his Tivo1 when he moved, with plenty of mods & add-ons(ethernet, 80 gig, etc). While I won’t pay for the service, it still makes for a great VCR.
It’s a standard PS2 peripheral so you should be able to use the adapter you purchased for your X-Arcade stick…

I have a fighting stick that works on GC, PS2, and some unidentified controller(maybe Xbox). Haven’t tried it with my PS2 adaptor, but don’t see why not.

Nope. The X-Arcade’s output is a 10-pin serial that goes into converter boxes. However, I’m sure any of the Playstation 2 to USB adapters out there will work just groovy.
Leave it to the Wilsipedia to correct me. 🙂 I meant the “City Hero” dual joystick that many of us purchased. Don’t know if any of the PS2 adapters in the post still work, but if you need another one their still all over eBay too.

Dena’s mom would like the Tivo. 🙂

I would be interested in the PS2 Fighting Joystick. Assuming there is an adapter to plug it into PC.

“I bought this… http://store.videogamecentral.com/pc2pousbcoco.html
I initially bought a device off of e-bay. It had lag or something. Movement was imprecise. The above adapter works great.”
Sorry bro, just didn’t want anyone to waste $30 on an adapter that wouldn’t work. Wasn’t gunning for you or anything.
Still very happy with that adapter. Thanks for digging up that link, I might buy another.
Did you test out that joystick yet?
Nope… soon though. I have an actual PS2 to test it on now!
The arcade stick worked fine playing Joust on my PS2. I imagine it’ll work fine when I hook it up to a PC. Thanks!
