No official post. There is the Facebook entry here.
This is what I am bringing, but won’t necessarily setup. Expecting to make the usual game time decisions as always.
6′ table with two chairs
MAME setup (comes with LCD 19″ monitor
Atari 2600, 5200, 7800. I won’t be bringing my 2600 cartridge collection… it is now over 300 and a pain to haul around. I did finally get a working Harmony cart.
Atari 800, XEGS… probably only setup the 800. The XEGS has some compatibility issues. I’ll have it along for show, if you want to look at it.
13″ & 19″ tube TV. 21″ LCD (widescreen).
Thinking about bringing disinfecting wipes & hand sanitizer. Maybe even latex gloves. Yes, I have some of that flu paranoia.
If you’d like to save yourself the trouble, you don’t need to bring the 2600 or the 800 since I already have both of those set up here. Do you have the light gun for the XEGS? If so, it would be cool to set it up to play the gun games.
Well, cripes. Someone tell me what to bring.
Definitely bring the 5200 and the 7800 and the XEGS and carts. Also bring the TVs and the table.
Also, if anyone has those wooden boxes that Booker’s Bourbon comes in, please bring them. They’re PERFECT for holding Atari and Commodore cartridges.
Losing enthusiasm here. I think I will only be there for a few hours. I’ll bring the XEGS, and that’s it.
