Alright. I’ve been trying to beat Commander Tim’s Pacman CE score for a while now. Unfortunatly, it seems that now matter what I do I just cannot break much over 160k. I finally went online to see if there was some trick or something I was missing and I’m glad I did. It seems that there is a point multiplier for the dots that you get for staying alive longer. The problem is that they also speed up the game the longer you stay alive. daym. Just when I was finally having that ah-ha (not the band) moment I came across this amazing video of some assmunch having a better game and I could ever possibly have : assmunch – Grr! I mean, what the hell?
Maybe I should go back to Robotron. I’m less than 10k from Tim’s score on that. heh.

Any chance they will port pacman CE over to windows, or other platform? I’m avoiding buying a 360 for as long as possible. What platform are you playing Robotron on? Post some scores. I just have the Mame version.
Robotron on the 360. And probably not on the Pac CE being on other platforms. Namco seems to be pretty happy with releasing their stuff on XBLArcade. DLC tends to sell better on there than the other platforms.

Can’t decide if this is real or not. Apparently someone made a Pacman CE version for the NES. Can’t find a released rom dump. You make the call.
